1 – BASIC EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION SYSTEM / B-VCA

Target audience

All employees outside the hierarchical line. Employees who need to obtain a basic VCA certification in order to be able to work as subcontractors and contractors for client companies. Employees whose certificates are expiring.

Goals

Large companies require their subcontractors to provide a VCA Safety Management System Certificate more and more often.

The VCA certificate means that the contractors or subcontractors who hold it comply with very strict safety standards and can guarantee proper risk management during the execution of the work.

The VCA certificate offers a range of benefits:

• Maintaining your competitiveness at the proper level;
• Optimal management of the safety, health and well-being of your employees;
• Obtaining a significant reputation for new markets;
• Innovation and proactivity of your company.

Getting a basic VCA certificate also greatly improves your chances of getting a job, as it is required by many employers.

Upon completion of training and after passing the exam, the participant will know the basic rules of labor protection.

He/she will also acquire the necessary tools, techniques, reflexes and behaviors to enable him/her to work in complete safety.

Exam

The exam is conducted on computers. The exam lasts one hour. To pass the exam you need to get a score of 26 out of 40. Graduates who successfully pass the exam receive, through their company, an official VCA Basic Security certificate.

It is valid for 10 years.

2 – SYSTEM OF CERTIFICATION OF EXECUTIVES IN A HIERARCHICAL LINE / VOL-VCA

Target audience

All executives (site managers, site supervisors, site foremen, foremen, plant managers, personnel management) who wish to refresh their knowledge in connection with the VCA certification.

All executives whose certificates are expiring.

This module is intended for all executives.

Goals

To obtain a VCA certificate, a company must train and certify its employees and all management personnel in safety rules.

• Possession of methods of managing labor protection technique in a team.
• This course is aimed at preparing for certification in the subject "VCA safety for executives in a hierarchical line".
• Obtaining a VOL-VCA certificate also greatly increases your chances of employment as it is required by many employers.

10. Noises, vibrations, thermal environment, psychosocial aspects
11. Radiation
12. Technical evaluation based on test results / explosive atmosphere

Exam

The exam is conducted on computers. The exam lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. To pass the exam, you need to get a score of 45 out of 70 for VCA certification in a hierarchical line.

Graduates who successfully pass the exam receive, through their company, an official certificate of "Safety for Executives in a Hierarchical Line".

It is valid for 10 years.
